MASSAGES USING SPECIAL HIGH QUALITY ESSENTIAL OILS

RELAXATION MASSAGE

Relaxation massage is a mild, pleasant, manual massage that relaxes the body and equalizes the metabolic processes. The goal is to nourish the body and improve general health. It is used to alleviate and prevent stress and fatigue, and introduce muscle relaxation. The duration of the session is 60 minutes.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Therapeutic massage is based on “trigger point” and “myofascial release” techniques that help reduce or completely eliminate pain in the musculoskeletal tissue. The massage is beneficial for muscle relaxation, pain relief, to alleviate or stop headaches caused by muscle tension of the neck and shoulders, increased mobility in the shoulder and scapula, to correct body posture, for detoxification of soft tissue and ultimately maintain overall good health. The duration of the session is 30 minutes.

ANTI-CELLULITE MASSAGE

Anti-cellulite massage is the most natural way to get rid of toxins accumulated in fat cells. In addition to removing cellulite, this massage also works to improve circulation and contributes to increased tightness of your skin. The duration of the session is 30 or 45 minutes.

INVERSION TABLE – INVERSION THERAPY

Inversion therapy on the inversion table is the most natural method of relieving joints and easy elongation of the spinal column, increasing the space between discs. Inversion offers a stretching system and light exercises that can help slow or rotate the powerful, compression force with which gravity affects our body.

Benefits of this type of therapy:

– Allows stretching and correcting of the body’s posture
– Reduces pain in overloaded muscles
– Contributes to the prevention of deformity of the spine in puberty and adolescence
– Increases circulation and a better flow of oxygen to the lungs and brain.
– Improves spatial orientation and balance.

However, this type of therapy and exercise does not suit everyone and should be avoided in the following cases:

– Weak bones, recent fractures, bone implants
– Eye problems (conjunctivitis – redness of the eye, increased eye pressure)
– Hiatal hernia, ventral hernia
– High blood pressure, hypertension
– Extreme obesity
– Pregnancy
– Spinal cord injury (any serious spinal cord injury requires serious consideration and consultations with a doctor before inverting).
